Our products are shipped by CTT, DHL, or DPD, depending on the sizes and projects. All international orders are delivered by Fedex.

Once your items have been sent out you gonna receive another confirmation email. For Express Delivery to Mainland Portugal – up to 48 business hours. Standard delivery to Europe or islands (Madeira and Azores) – up to 10 working days. 

You just need to contact us with the specific measures of your project and ideas you might have.

For orders by measure, 25% of the total amount is required upfront to start the project and reserve the wood. The remaining amount is paid upon delivery / completion.

Personalized projects take from 3-5 weeks to be done.
